Angie’s salad platters are amongst our most versatile and inclusive. They are perfect as a main dish but also work wonderfully with our various meat and fish platters. Generally, three platters for every 8 to 12 guests should be enough, but it is entirely up to you how much food you feel is necessary. The wonderful thing about Angie’s is that we make mixing and matching platters easier than ever with our expertly curated set menus.

 

Differently sized set menus can serve groups as small as eight and as large as twenty. More than one set menu can be ordered as needed – there is plenty of room for experimentation. Angie’s offers three delicious salads that centre around aubergines that function perfectly as a main course. Firstly, our aubergine rounds are roasted and infused with cumin and other flavourful spices, this is further complemented by the creamy coriander yoghurt, which balances the flavour profiles. Additionally, freshness and crunch are added in the form of spring onions, and lemon zest is thrown in to truly round off this dish. The second offering is a delectable aubergine with a tahini dressing salad platter.

We combine oranges, tahini, and yoghurt to create a tangy combination of sweet and savoury flavours.
