Angie Steele worked as a Senior Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay Holdings for 8 years from 2002 to 2010; with substantial time at Claridge’s. Claridge’s has won awards from Good Food Guide, Veuve Clicquot Food and Drink Awards for GQ Magazine, and three different Food and Travel Magazine Awards.
They have proven their esteem and respect in the food industry, and assert their food and drink come from the finest artisan producers. As a former Senior Sous Chef at Claridge’s, Angie has high standards for her suppliers. So, when choosing who would supply fruit and vegetables for her very own platter delivery service, Angie reached out to her trusted suppliers at Claridge’s.
Needless to say, the priority has always been trust and quality here at Angie’s; we require a fruit and vegetable delivery every morning as we do not store food overnight. Consequently, our team preps and cooks with fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. Angie’s Coffee
Another one of Angie’s suppliers that shares our value for quality and eco-friendly packaging is our coffee bean supplier – Roasting Party. The Roasting Party has recycled coffee bags containing some of the best-blended coffee beans around. They offer different blends to suit a variety of taste buds, along with espressos, decaf options, and even soon-to-drop Aluminium Nespresso pods (that can be sent back to be recycled).
They only buy from specialist traders to ensure social sustainability for farmers, so they can secure their financial future and build up their own communities. The Roasting Party has the same personal-based mentality with their business as Angie’s. They not only promote ethical long-lasting relationships with farmers, but they upskill the community and have trained over 1000 baristas.

We strive to continue to make the best options for you and your event, with the fresh ingredients and local produce we are supplied with.

New Skewers Platters Delivered
Thai Grilled Chicken Skewer: Our Thai Grilled Chicken Skewer is dairy-free and gluten-free and is finished with spring onion shavings. The appetising chicken breast is heightened with the flavour of coriander, garlic, chilli, and lemon. We add coconut milk and gluten-free soy sauce to add to the much-loved Thai flavours, with sugar and lime added for a bit of sweetness. This platter feeds 10-12 people, with roughly 2 portions per head.
Chicken Skewer with Peanut Satay Sauce: Our Chicken Skewer with Peanut Satay Sauce is gluten-free. What makes this wrap so special is our hand-made Teriyaki marinade, which is made with light soy sauce, brown sugar, white wine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Additionally, our hand-made peanut satay sauce (made with red curry paste, lime juice, peanut butter, crème fraiche, brown sugar, fish sauce, coconut milk and onion) adds a unique and specialised flavour. This platter feeds 10-12 people, with roughly 2 portions per head.
New Wrap Platters Delivered
Cajun BBQ Jackfruit Wrap: Our Cajun BBQ Jackfruit Wrap is truly a one-of-a-kind platter. This original recipe is made with a tortilla wrap and is filled with jackfruit, barbecue sauce, and a handmade cajun spice mix. The cajun mix consists of onion, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, chilli flakes, thyme, and oregano. Additionally, we include a slaw made from our fresh and locally supplied vegetables; cabbage, carrot and celeriac. This platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Chicken Caesar Wrap: Who doesn’t love fresh Caesar salad paired with tender chicken? Now take that and combine it into a delicious wrap with parmesan, baby gem lettuce and blush tomatoes. What elevates this even further is our freshly made caesar dressing; we make it in our restaurant with mayo, parsley, parmesan, and anchovies. This Chicken Caesar Wrap platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Hoisin Duck Wrap: The platter consists of crispy duck made with aromatic flavours, fresh ingredients, and hoisin sauce – all combined perfectly in a tortilla wrap. Other fillings made to complement these flavours include cucumber, spring onions, baby gem lettuce and pickled ginger. This platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Spicy Tuna Wrap: Angie’s Spicy Tuna Wrap is memorable because we pair our tuna with fresh jalapenos, pesto and red pepper. We take it a step further and add yoghurt, tabasco, and dill to the mix. This combination creates a perfect blend of flavours and offers your pescatarian guests a flavoursome option. This platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Ham and Cheese Wrap: “Why not take a classic beloved sandwich, and elevate it into a flavour-packed wrap?” was our question – with the answer simply being there is no reason not to. Our Ham and Cheese Wrap is filled with grated comte, pickled red onions and a truffle mayo. The pickled red onions and rocket add a tangy, sweet, and crunchy element to this classic. This platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Fried Chicken Wrap: Here at Angie’s, we make exceptional spicy flavours that come from the fresh produce we are supplied with, and the Fried Chicken Wrap is no different. Made with jalapeno mayo and tomato chilli jam, this wrap packs a delicious spicy punch. The red chilli, red wine vinegar, caster sugar, and red pepper add the perfect blend of flavours to this combination. This platter feeds approximately 6 people.
Roko Mixed Wrap Platter Delivered: The Roko Mixed Wrap Platter consists of 5 wrap options. The following wraps are included in this option, all of which have been expanded upon above.

Vegan Mixed Wrap Platter Delivered
The Vegan Mixed Wrap Platter is much like the Roko Mixed Wrap Platter Delivered. However, the vegan option consists of 3 different vegan wrap options which we will expand upon below:
Rainbow Wrap: The Rainbow Wrap includes a tortilla made of beetroot. The filling includes shredded beetroot, avocado puree, pink star slaw and humus. We make the humus in-house with chickpeas, tahini, vegetable oil, lemon juice, dukkha, salt, and pepper.
Herb Falafel And Smokey Aubergine Puree Wrap: The Herb Falafel and Smokey Aubergine Puree Wrap is made with a conventional tortilla, and filled with hummus and falafel. We also add fresh herbs and vegetables in the filling including urfa chilli, pomegranate molasses, rocket and peppadews.
Cajun BBQ Jackfruit Wrap: The Cajun BBQ Jackfruit Wrap is the vegan option of our BBQ Chicken Cajun Jackfruit Wrap. We use similar fresh and local vegetables but without the added meat. Our cajun spice mix contains fresh thyme, onion, cayenne pepper, and our slaw cabbage, carrot, and celeriac.
New Vegetarian Platters Delivered
Spanakopita: Spanakopita is a traditional Greek savoury spinach pie. At Angie’s, we make our Spanakopita with filo pastry coated in poppy seeds and with a filling of honey, feta, mint, spinach and thyme. As for serving purposes, the Spanakopita platter delivered contains 35 – 40 bite-sized pieces for you and your guests to enjoy.
Vegetable Samosa: Angie’s new Vegetable Samosas are also made with filo pastry. Inside the Samosa we have a filling of coriander potato spiced with cumin, garam masala, peas and chilli powder. The vegetable samosa platter offers 35-40 bite-sized pieces.
Chocolate Brownies with Berries: The Chocolate Brownies with Berries are gluten-free, new and delicious. They contain three different types of berries, including; raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. The decadent brownie flavour comes from a mix of dark chocolate, butter, gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar and eggs. This sweet canape dessert option has 35-40 bite-sized pieces to go around.

Get Your Platters Delivered: How It Works
Ordering platters to be delivered from Angie’s is a simple, 3-click process.
First, choose your platters. If none of the newer platter options mentioned above interest you, feel free to peruse our extensive menu and options online. Add your delicious options to your online basket once you find something you like and you’ve completed step one.
Next you will need to choose a date and time for your platters to be delivered. You can order as far in advance as 4 weeks, and the shortest notice we can afford you is 48 hours.
Picking the delivery location is the final step. Angie’s delivers our platters anywhere along the M25 or to any location with a London postcode. We deliver within a 30-minute window of your chosen time and date at your specified location. The platters will arrive via taxi or courier and the cost of delivery is based on your postcode and calculated for you at checkout. You are also welcome to come collect your selection of platters at Angie’s Cafe in Chiswick.
